I am an associate professor in the department of Writing, Rhetoric, & American Cultures at Michigan State University.* I teach a range of courses in the undergraduate program in professional & public writing as well as the graduate program in rhetoric & writing.
Although I began at MSU in 2009, I have been a professor since 1997 and have worked for the department of English & Linguistics at Purdue University Fort Wayne and the department of English at Western Kentucky University.
